This entry will be public. A verification entry must explain the evidence; a staff role is not itself verification. Correct prior follow-ups with a new correction record.

Facility verification and duplicate review

Source records remain intact. Never merge neighboring facilities merely because their names match. Clear the canonical ID to reverse an alias.

Official outage advisory

The optional Cloudflare Radar integration supplies worldwide Internet disruptions after credentials and commercial reuse permission are configured. It does not represent worldwide utility outages. Only enter an official advisory after checking redistribution rights; use a short expiry and an approximate label when necessary.

Source coverage and historical repairs

Repairs run in small background batches after live work. Staff choices remain protected. Review outcomes before claiming historical recovery is complete.
